RETURN & REFUND POLICY – WOMEN’S JEWELLERY

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged jewellery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery pieces.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported with clear images.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support with order details and reason for return.
  • Return approval is required before sending any item back.
