RETURN & REFUND POLICY – WOMEN’S JEWELLERY

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged jewellery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery pieces.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported with clear images.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact customer support with order details and reason for return.
- Return approval is required before sending any item back.
